Psalms 91 remains my favourite Psalms of all. It highlights the heart of the Father to me - a common individual yet uniquely and wonderfully created by the Almighty one who neither leaves me nor forsake me.
Any father of the world can tell you that the instinct of a father is to protect and the desire of which speaks volume about the father's love for the child. If there is one thing you must know today about the God we serve, about the Father who formed you in your mother's womb, know this:
He is your very present help in times of need, a Father who gave His one and only Son that you may have peace, protection, and life in abundance together with Him.
Today, if you are afflicted with particular circumstances that seemly suffocate you, or if you feel far from the Father's love, know that He is never far and waiting - ever so in love with you.
