God promises His people strength – the kind of strength Jesus showed as He let Himself be nailed to the cross in submission to God’s plan. Even though we know God’s immeasurable strength is available to us, our fear – of satan, of spiritual warfare, or simply of the unknown may still be very real.
Consider these truths with which you can counter those fears: God is all powerful. His strength is available 24/7. Whatever our situations, God goes before us and He is always with us. Nothing is impossible with Him and we can accomplish all He asks of us as long as we rely on His strength instead of our own. Yes, the circumstances of life might appear overwhelming from time to time but they are no match for our Saviour.
The Omnipotent one is all powerful and all able. Point someone who needs hope and strength to our Lord for He is the true fortress and all-time Saviour.
Psalm 28:7-8
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and
with my song I praise Him. The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for His anointed one.
