My assurance however, is this, for people who knows that there is hope in knowing Christ Jesus, we know that we are given choices with God watching each and our steps. It is then our calling to share this good news to people who doesn’t know Christ Jesus.
Though God may seem silent, I could proceed and go out there to be a blessing witnessing to hopeless people who doesn’t know they too could have hope. I could listen to their cry and read on God’s word whilst waiting on God for my own direction on making right choices/steps. Are not we are called to love and care for the oppressed and to heal the sick as to follow Jesus’ step to constantly be in communion with the Father?
As we wait on the Lord’s direction, let us continue on to remind ourselves of God’s everlasting love for us and His faithfulness in the past for us. Let us not be far from His words. Only by doing so, we can step forward and be a blessing to others. Though God may seem silent, we can be assured that He is moving and working behind the scene. We then could agree and conclude together with what Habakkuk says:
Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights
