He Pulls Through

It is very easy to forget the good things that have happened or the hope of anything good happening in the midst of a horrible situation. It is easy to see only the bad things in someone that you are not happy with. More specifically, it is easy to forget what God has done when you are in a wilderness.

As we well and truly get into the swing of Christmas time and wrapping up the year, what can you gives thanks to God about? What is it that God has done for you? Provide? Heal? Comfort? Reveal? Teach? Help?

Before God came through for you was there some situations where you couldn't see how God pulled through?

Jeremiah 31:3 says : The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love. I have drawn you with loving kindness".

God was speaking to His people, reminding them the He still loves them and will deliver them just like before... whilst they were in the midst of captivity.

Take this as your reminder that God is still with you in your situation, in your wilderness… or just simply in your mess. God has grace towards you to pull you out of it.

Thus says the Lord:
"The people who survived the sword
Found grace in the wilderness —
Israel, when I went to give him rest."
Jeremiah 31:2
