Luke 5:8: “When Simon Peter realized what had happened, he fell to his knees before Jesus and said, “O Lord, please leave me – I’m too much of a sinner to be around you.”
Repentance—Humility should be followed by repentance.
When Simon Peter felt God’s presence, he could not wait any longer but fell on his knees, knowing he was a sinner and repented. As a true Christian, we should not just repent on the day we accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Instead, whenever the Holy spirit nudges us, we should confess our sins and repent from our wrongdoings.
