Most of us don’t usually greet the day as it starts. We don’t always remember to acknowledge that a new day is a gift from God; a special gift. A new day brings with it a new opportunity to start all over, to raise one’s hand from the pillow with a glad heart; knowing that God has bless us another day to begin afresh.
Celebrating each new day helps refresh our attitudes towards life and develop the ability to be grateful for all of our moments and for the God who is in each one of them.
Let’s begin afresh, let’s start over. Let’s give thanks for the day the Lord has made for us.
Psalm 118:24
This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it
