Sometimes in life, we may be weighed down by hopelessness, defeat, depression, fear, insecurity or worry. We may wonder why God has allowed these situations or these people into our lives. We may think we have stuffed up too badly or done something that can't be undone; and we may think that it is wrong to feel this way!
But in Christ, there is no condemnation, God understands. He has already come to meet us exactly where we are at and take our place through His work on the cross! Like our muscles, as we present our "damaged" parts to God, He can use the "damage" in our lives to build and grow us into a greater strength, greater power and capacity!
Isaiah 54:1-3
"...More are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord. “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left; your descendants will dispossess nations and settle in their desolate cities."
