We spend much of our time thinking and planning for what's ahead. We plan next steps in life, we plan our next holiday, we plan parties, weddings, babies, meetings and what to eat for dinner! Sometimes, we often get so caught up planning for the future we can lose the present moment.
If we allow Him, God wants to encounter us in our everyday moments. When we take a breather and clear up some head space for Him, He can speak to us through joy in the people around us, or show a glimpse of His creativity in the sunrise on the way to work, or just His strength in the stillness.
Let us make space in our day to know Him more!
Isaiah 40:31
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
