One day, I ran into my sister in law. She looked so happy as she was telling me about her son’s baptism. “Thank you, you shared with us a few testimonies about the Lord’s goodness and since then, my son’s life was changed. He started to join us to church and six months later, he decided to give his life to the Lord, " she said.
I praise and thank God for the grace of salvation He has given to my nephew. In my life, I have experienced a lot of God's goodness, therefore I am so excited to testify about Him so that others may also know that Jesus is alive as He is so real and most of all, that Jesus loves them.
In John 4, we read that Jesus talks with a Samaritan woman. She came to draw water at Jacob's well in Sychar. When Jesus spoke supernaturally into her life, it broke through the spiritual realm and she led many to come out of the town and made their way toward Jesus. Many of the Samaritan were saved because of this woman's testimony. She impacted the city where she came from.
When you tell others about the goodness God has done for you, you are glorifying Him and by doing this, you are sowing the seed into the lives of the unbelievers and the Lord will cause those seeds to grow into salvation.
The word of your testimony has the power to break all the chains and lies of the devil that have kept them away from Christ and at the same time, it will be able to strengthen the faith of those who are weak as well.
Revelation 12 : 11
They overcome him ( Satan ).....by the word of their testimony
