The bible talks about the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), where a man who entrusted to his three servants 5 talents, 2 talents, and 1 talent respectively before he embarked on a journey- each according to his ability.
When the man returns from his journey, he found that the servants with 5 talents and 2 talents has put the money to good use doubling what has been entrusted to them. The man commended these servants as "good and faithful" and rewarded them with greater joy and responsibilities. To the servant with 1 talent who being afraid did not put to use what was entrusted to him, the man took away even the 1 talent he has and gave it to the servant with the 5 talents.
What are you given to steward in your life? Stewardship need not just be money. We are given stewardship over all things- but we are not the owner. God is. The Lord knows our ability and sometimes, what you are called to steward might be people, your time, health, family, or even your words to others.
Stay faithful to everything entrusted into your hands, because in God's kingdom, nothing is ever too little or insignificant.
