Most organisations are well aware that team unity is a vital factor to achieve success at any level.
Through team unity, an individual could learn, share, overcome adversity and advance further. It is the very element that will enable staff to foster excellence in achieving the corporate goal; it acknowledges one goal, one heart and one purpose hence it is only exemplary for us to implement the need for team unity in everything that we do including in our church.
A unified Church, focused on spreading the Gospel, has more power than we could ever dare to imagine. Like the words of an Iranian theologian - Bahaullah, “So powerful is the light of unity, it can illuminate the whole earth.”
So, yes you and I can make a difference.
Ephesian 4:3
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
