What can do you do within a second? I can tell you a few. You can say hello, smile at someone or make a decision. Within a second, you can show or feel a surge of many emotions.
A certain wristwatch brand launched a campaign and titled it “the beauty of a second.” They encouraged everyone to film a one second video clip to showcase the timeless value of a second. Many participated and documented a vast range of emotions and instances where they feel happiest the most.
God has given time to us as a treasure. Each second is a gift from Him. Time that passed us by can’t be bought back nor can we rewind to yesterday once more. Time is a precious commodity, some even claim its value prevails over riches.
What can you do within a second? A minute? An hour?
There are many opportunities we could have just because HE has granted us another day to live and make a difference. Cherish your time as a gift and you will be motivated make a difference in someone’s life. Be it a stranger, a loved one or a friend, you will find a way.

So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
